Our production facilities are in Charlotte, North Carolina and Los Angeles, California.  When we offer worldwide shipping, we will also be shipping from Riga, Latvia.

What's the note about poly and triblend fabric about?

Our standard DTG printing process is best suited for garments that are 100% cotton - if you’re looking for the most opaque result, 100% cotton is your best bet. This fabric generally has a better result due to its tight weave.

We offer printing on tri and poly blends because we saw such a high demand for this them; we couldn’t ignore it. Our fulfillment team worked hard to develop a system that allowed us to print on such garments without compromising quality. It took a lot of testing, but we finally got it! Due to the looser weave and combination of fabrics, these garments will have a faded/vintage outcome with DTG printing. This is a pretty cool effect, but may not be ideal for you if you want a more opaque outcome.

How durable are Direct-To-Garment (DTG) printed shirts compared to Screen Printed shirts?

We use industry leading Kornit DTG printers and our experience shows that DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.

How should I wash my printed garments to prolong their life?

We use the latest DTG printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors
  • Only when necessary, use non-chlorine bleach

  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary
